Membangun mutu tidaklah cukup hanya membuat aturan hitam diatas putih. Karena mutu tidak terletak diatas kertas, dalam manual mutu, dalam prosedur mutu atau dalam instruksi kerja. Mutu adalah pada “human” atau manusianya. Mutu ada pada pemikiran, emosi, dan sikap serta kepribadian seluruh personil dari tukang sapu, satpam sampai direktur utama. Semua bertanggung jawab dan memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan mutu. Semua harus ikut memikirkan, bertindak dan bersikap positif sesuai dengan “komitment Mutu” yang dicanangkan..!
